Our Board: 

​Elrod (Rod) Sims (Founder, co-CEO) & little friend Jada.  Elrod served in Vietnam 1967 and 1968.  He is alumni of University of Georgia, President and Owner of an architectural design and commercial construction firm for 27 years.  He is now retired.

He relocated to Vietnam, his primary residence, in 2010.

Dr. Fred B. Moorman (co-CEO) is a retired physician, dermatologist, food scientist and biologist.  He is designer and developer of recovery centers for drug and alcohol addiction. 

He also designs and develops historic buildings for adaptive reuse in downtown Athens, GA. He is father of Clayton and Maxwell Mormon.

Huyn Bich Phi  Ms. Phi is Co-Founder and our Vietnamese counterpart. She is owner operator of Bao Han restaurant and resides in Hoi An.  She has been with us from early beginnings in 2010 as our driving force.  She serves as Director of Operations, Procurement of needed items, scheduling distribution and logistics.

Thao Do. Board Secretary and US-Vietnamese Liason Officer.  Thao studied at the University Saigon majoring in English language and teaching. Her home in Vietnam is Long An and her US residence is Athens, Georgia.

Stan Sheram (Attorney-in-fact) Graduate of University of Georgia, retired VP of Athens First Bank & Trust.  Stan is one of

the originators of the Athens/Clarke County Veterans Memorial.  He is photographer for many charitable organizations. Vietnam 70-71, Bihn Thuy & Chau Doc.

Melissa Steele (Trustee) is an artist, designer, and organic farmer in Watkinsville, Georgia.

She founded Little Rose Nature School and Little Rose Organics in Watkinsville, Georgia in 2014 where she and her husband, Michael have lived  since 1993. Web design and social media

is her contribution to PHP.
